 lding a square piece of paper.\n\nCrafting is an outlet for creativity and
  contributes to our wellness as it requires attentiveness\, focus\, and pa
 tience. It also acts as a form of stress-release.\n\nOrigami cranes specif
 ically symbolize hope\, peace\, wellness\, and recovery.\n\nThe crafts pop
 ularization is due to the story of a young girl\, Sadako Sasaki\, who was 
 victim of the Hiroshima bombing.\n\nShe had spent her time in the hospital
  folding 1000 paper cranes\, making the art symbolic to peace.\n\nWe are i
 nviting you to this event with the hope to teach a skill that can be benef
 icial to your wellness alongside sharing culture and its history.\n\nRSVP
