Wellness Workshop: Positive Habit Change
This series of free Wellness Workshops are designed to help students strategize how to go beyond merely surviving the semester. Through the course of the academic year you will learn how to cultivate good mental health, develop resilience, and generate healthy habits. The workshops are supplemented with Movement & Mindfulness classes focused on restorative stretching, calming breathing techniques, and mindful awareness. Sign up through CampusLife to earn Co-Curriculum Credit by searching for the organization “SoCA.”
Our final workshop will help you to develop your own wellness plan. We start with talking through how to change habits, increase motivation, and overcome obstacles in life. We end with goal setting and mapping out how you will get there.
