 that “we’re all a little bit racist?” Most of us recoil at the idea 
 of discrimination. And yet\, social media continues to report ongoing exam
 ples of active racism and sexism in workplaces\, such as #metoo #BLM. Rese
 arch shows that unconscious assumptions we all make\, and implicit biases 
 we all have\, impair our judgment and hold us and our teams back. Reviewin
 g current\, evidence-based data\, this dynamic and interactive webinar rev
