DESCRIPTION:\n\nGet ready to wrap up the summer with some stretching\, twis
 ting and turns with a Yoga on the Green! We invite all students\, facultie
 s\, and staff to join us for this amazing event on the green outside build
 ing G\, on August 30th\, event starts at 4:30 PM. This event is suitable f
 or all fitness types.\n\nParticipants will need to sign a waiver\, so make
  sure you arrive early! You will need to know your UFV Student/Employee nu
 mber for registration. If you have a UFV Campus Card\, bring it as it will
  help speed up process.\n\nWhat to wear:\nWear clothing that is comfortabl
 e to move in and weather appropriate\, as this is an outdoor event.\n\nWar
 m-up and Yoga:\n4:00-4:45 pm - Sign-in and registration opens. Once signed
  in you will have the chance to find a spot and to enjoy free refreshments
  and music by CIVL Radio.\n\n4:45-5:00 pm – We will warm-up those muscle
 s as a UFV student proficient in dance choreography. There is no wrong mov
 e during warm-up!\n\n5:00-5:45 pm- Yoga lead by UFV Yoga instructor Vaness
 a.\n\nYoga mats:\nIf you own a mat\, please bring it. For those that do no
 t have a Yoga mat we will have some for people to borrow\, only while supp
 lies last. Don’t have a yoga mat\, worried you might not get one. No pro
 blem\, bring a towel or blanket.\nPlease register in advance for this even
