What do I need to know?

IT Services will be conducting maintenance to https://my.ufv.ca between December 20 to December 22  2020.  This outage is required to complete to critical security fixes and feature enhancements including a new responsive theme that should provide users with a better user experience especially on mobile devices such as phones and tablets.

Who is impacted?

All UFV Students, Staff, and Faculty will not have access to the myUFV portal.

What do I need to do?

IT Services recognizes this is a critical time for students and faculty regarding receiving grades for the Fall 2020 semester and as such we are ensuring access to these critical components will not be affected. Students, faculty and employees will be able to access critical systems including student information, faculty information, employee information and personal information via a set of links presented on an outage notice displayed when users visit https://my.ufv.ca. This page will also contain links to myClass as well as student and employee email services.
