Description of Maintenance: All UFV network services will experience an outage of up to 90 minutes on January 14th 2020 as Telus completes a hardware upgrade.
Estimated time of maintenance: January 14th 2020 between 1:00am to 5:00am
Estimated duration of maintenance: A 90 minute service outage will occur at some time during this maintenance window
Who is impacted? All UFV Staff, Faculty and Students on the Abbotsford Campus.
What is happening?
Please be aware that all staff, faculty, and students will be unable to access such services as myUFV, the UFV website, email, landline telephone systems, and Banner, etc., and will be unable to remotely connect to their desktop computers during this time. This is a service outage scheduled by our service provider, affecting multiple customers. The schedule is outside of our control.
