What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing required upgrades to network equipment that will affect all campuses on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, resulting in a network outage during the maintenance window.
When will this occur?
Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, from 10:00PM and 11:59PM.
Who is impacted?
All UFV employees and students on all UFV campuses during the outage window.
Services Impacted:
• Wired network connections
• Wireless access
• Telephone service (Red emergency phones will continue to work)
• Remote desktop connection
• Security Devices (trilogy gateways/locks)
• Facilities Systems/Panels
