IT Services is required to perform an urgent upgrade to our system that will result in an outage to Banner for up to 3 hours on Thursday evening. We do not anticipate a disruption to the integrated systems of Banner; Banner Self-Serve, BDMS, FAST and ieNet are not impacted during this outage.
When will this occur?
Thursday, June 10th from 9:00pm – 11:59pm PST.
Who is impacted?
UFV employees accessing Banner on campus or through a remote connection during the outage window. UFV students using Banner self-serve are not impacted by this outage.
Why is this happening?
A certificate associated with Banner is expiring and requires an immediate upgrade.
