What do I need to know?

IT Services will be completing a required upgrade to Banner Self-Service to resolve performance and security issues.   This maintenance will cause an outage that will last up to 6 hours.

When will this occur?

Sunday, May 24th, 6:00am – 12:00pm

Who is impacted?

Anyone who uses Banner Self-serve to access student or employee information through myUFV.  Users will experience an error messages when attempting to access Banner data through myUFV.

Services Impacted (but not limited to):

  • Student information
  • Employee information; tax forms, and pay stubs
  • Student grades & class lists
  • Course lists & schedules
  • Self-serve links accessed through UFV mobile App.
