IT Services has been notified by our internet provider of an upcoming outage that will impact network and telephone service on the Chilliwack, Aerospace, Mission, Clearbrook and Hope campus. UFV Abbotsford campus will not be impacted. Users will experience disruption for up to 5 hours during the outage window.
Who is impacted?
All users located on campus and those users attempting to remote into their desktop computers.
Services Impacted:
- Wired network connections
- Wireless access
- Telephone service
- Remote desktop connection
- Security Devices (trilogy gateways/locks)
- Facilities Systems/Panels
