IT Services will be completing required maintenance that will cause an outage to telephone and network services within select areas of the 1st and 2nd floor of the Trades & Technology Building.  Maintenance will take place for 7 hours each evening between March 01st– 05th.

When will this occur?
Monday, March 01st – March 05th, between the hours of 5:00pm – 11:59pm each evening.

Who is impacted?
All users located within the green boundaries of the below maps.  This outage will also impact users attempting to remote into their desktop computers.

TTC – 1 – Comm.RM – Service Area
TTC – 2 -Comm.RM – Service Area

Services Impacted:

  • Hardwired network connections
  • Remote Desktop Connection
  • Wireless access
  • Telephone service
  • Security Devices (trilogy gateways/locks)
  • Facilities Systems/Panels
  • Payment Systems/POS Units
