IT Services will be completing required maintenance that will cause an outage to telephone and wired network services within select areas of the 1st and 2nd floor of the Trades & Technology Building.  Maintenance will take place for 5 hours on the evening of Thursday, March 18th.

When will this occur?
Thursday, March 18th, between the hours of 5:00pm – 10:00pm.

Who is impacted?
All users located within the green boundaries of the below maps.  This outage will also impact users attempting to remote into their desktop computers.
TTC – 1 – Comm.RM – Service Area
TTC – 2 -Comm.RM – Service Area

Services Impacted:

  • Hardwired network connections*
  • Remote Desktop Connection
  • Telephone service
  • Security Devices (trilogy gateways/locks)
  • Facilities Systems/Panels
  • Payment Systems/POS Units
    *Wireless services are not affected during this outage.
