Description of Maintenance: UFV Network Outage in Building B, Abbotsford Campus
Estimated time of maintenance: Sunday, March 31st, 7:00am – 2:00pm
Estimated duration of maintenance: Series of 1-2 minute disruptions
Services impacted: Affected staff, faculty, and students will be unable to access services through wired connection; internet, network drives, Banner, etc.. Wireless connection will be unaffected during this outage. A map is attached, all areas within the orange outline may be impacted by this outage. This is a required outage for an update which will help to improve and modernize our services.
Users impacted: All UFV students, faculty, and staff working in Building B and all faculty and staff attempting to remotely access their desktop computers as identified in the attached floorplan.
Service enhancements: Services offline for network upgrade.
