Chat-Internationalization is a monthly discussion group featuring resources and guest-speakers (including students). Is there a topic related to internationalization that you would like to explore? We select topics based on the interests of participants – it’s never the same twice. We have examined trust-building across cultures, international student experiences balancing work and learning, the role of accents, and many other topics. Come meet our interdisciplinary group of staff and faculty and hear their thoughts.
In anticipation of starting our courses on solid foundations, in our first session this year, we will share strategies, experiences, and resources for building a culturally and linguistically inclusive learning environments in the first few weeks of class. Bring your ideas, questions, and curiosity.
