Let’s take three minutes to breath! This mindfulness meditation class will introduce a three-minute breathing practice that students can bring into their daily lives. The session will incorporate mindfulness of body and senses exercises allowing you to relax and recharge!
Please note: There is space for the first 15 students on first come first serve registration. You may be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if space has opened. Information will be sent to your email including date, time and zoom link.
