Mental Health Education & Screening Day

The UFV Counselling Department is holding a depression, anxiety, and risky drinking, and well-being education and screening day.

UFV counsellors will be offering brief self-tests followed by a debriefing, and mental health resource materials for all students & staff.

When: 11am to 3:30pm on Thursday, Oct 8.

Where: In front of Abbotsford Cafeteria (Building B) and in Student Life at the SUB Building (Building S)
