Kick-off your Winter Wellness! Join the Student Wellness team for our first ever Student Wellness Day on Wednesday, January 31st from 11am to 2pm in the Student Experience Lounge (S1111). Visit our activity stations, play games, enjoy some free snacks and refreshments, and get to know your wellness community on campus. We hope to see you there!

Free Activity Stations include: Your Words Matter, Kindness Kits, Wellness Bracelets and Envision your Wellness 2024 Boards.
