Artwork Unveiling

Join us as we unveil the art works of Francis Horne Sr. (Tsawout), Annabelle Stewart (Skwah), Yvonne Joe (Tzeachten), Fred Jackson (Chawathil), the Late Ramona Audrey Gus (Tseshaht) and the work of mason Bryce Fequet (Metis).

The art works of these local artists were commissioned by the university to further Indigenize our Abbotsford campus. These works not only reflect and include Indigenous students on campus,they provide a point of education for all of the UFV community in recognizing that we are situated in beautiful S’olh Temexw.

We are inviting students, staff, faculty, administrators, those serving on our governing bodies, and community members.

Please come out and Witness the unveiling.  Refreshments to follow.
