Roasted Squash Soup
This rich spiced pureed soup features butternut and acorn squashes winter spices and yam puree. Finished with Devon cream and toasted chili sunflower seeds.
Endive & Romaine Salad
Crisp Belgian endive and romaine lettuce is topped with a warm bacon balsamic vinegar. Finished with tomatoes and peppers.
Semi Boneless chicken breast (with drumette attached) is brushed with herb butter and baked. Finished with red onion and cranberry relish.
Roasted Salmon Fillet
Wild caught BC salmon is roasted in a hot oven until flaky and moist. Finished with Beurre Blanc.
New York Steak with Wild Mushrooms
Grilled the way you like it! Topped with sautéed wild mushrooms.
Portabella Brie Wellington
Portabella mushrooms are marinated and grilled then topped with Brie cheese and wrapped in buttery puff pastry. Served with tomato coulis.
A favorite classic dessert: tender sweet crepes are filled with sweetened ricotta cheese. Topped with sliced fresh strawberries and Chantilly cream.
A crust-less treat for the gluten-free diet. Baked cheesecake is finished with our red wine poached fruit.
This classic has bread in vanilla custard with dried cherries, blueberries, cranberries, and raisins. Finished with warm caramel sauce.
