Margaret Trudeau offers an inspirational and practical approach to choosing a healthy, happy, and secure future. Celebrated both for her role in the public eye and as a respected mental-health issues advocate.

Margaret tirelessly shares her personal stories to remind others of the importance of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.

Free admission for UFV students to the lecture at the Student Union Building (Building S) at the Abbotsford Campus. Tickets for UFV faculty, staff, and community members are $25. Tickets here
