Mindfulness Mini-Series
Mindfulness can help you focus, be calmer and have a healthier perspective on life. It means being aware of the current moment. It teaches you to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings, moods and bodily sensations, so that you can better manage your mind. Try it out.
