Evidence Based Decision Making

Based on the literature by Rushworth Molton Kidder, this workshop will present the overarching structure and procedures involved in making ethical decision. By looking at the values that drive our decision making processes and the four paradigms of ethical dilemmas, participants will consider the steps applicable in ethical decision making and reflect on the importance of gathering information and evaluating the resolution process by applying these techniques to real life scenarios.
