Please join Claire Hay, Lorna Andrews, and Leanne A. Joe from the Teaching and Learning Centre, for the Community of Practice: Holistic Assessment with guest speaker Lisa Loutzenheiser from UBC’s Department of Curriculum & Pedagogy. Lisa will be talking with us about alternative grading practices. This Community of Practice provides a space for dialogue on assessment practices that weave together Indigenous and western perspectives. We will provide space to consider how these principles apply to our teaching practice.
This CoP is an ongoing conversation that takes place over the year. You are welcome to attend all sessions or join us when your schedule allows.
