Join IT Services as we explore the IT Service Management portal, this workshop is designed to offer all UFV employees an introduction or refresher  of how to use the portal.

During this one-hour training session, employees will:

• View the self-service portal and services
• Learn how to find answers in our Knowledgebase articles  (over 100)
• Browse the new Service Catalogue with over 25 new service requests
• Learn how to submit a service ticket
• Review your own requests and incidents
