This year, the Teaching and Learning Centre’s Fall Forum will focus on the Stó:lō totí:lt principles framework and how these principles can be meaningfully woven into teaching and learning at UFV.

Join Leanne A. Joe, Indigenous Curriculum Developer, for a series of interactive workshops designed to help you explore how Stó:lō totí:lt can connect with your course learning outcomes, teaching practices, and UFV’s Institutional Learning Outcomes. Sessions will provide opportunities to learn alongside colleagues from across disciplines and consider how these principles might take shape within your own courses and learning environments.

Faculty are welcome to register individually or as a faculty team. Faculty teams can take part in a workshop tailored specifically to their Program Learning Outcomes, creating space to explore how the Stó:lō totí:lt principles can be meaningfully connected to your program and discipline.

Come curious, bring your questions, and explore how Stó:lō totí:lt can become part of your teaching and learning practice.

There are eight different workshop times to choose from:

  • Tues. November 3, 9am-12pm
  • Tues. November 3, 1-4pm
  • Wed. November 4, 9am-12pm

  • Thurs. November 5, 9am-12pm
